I'm glad your sister found a dress, Rock! When's her actual wedding?

We ended up not doing anything we planned. H's grandmother got moved to the nursing home on Saturday, so his parents didn't have time to meet up for lunch, and they basically told us to stay out of the way. So we ended up taking a ride up to Kittery to have lunch at the When Pigs Fly pizzeria (so delicious), and then we went to Stonewall Kitchen for some Christmas shopping. And some stuff for us. Then we had fajitas and margaritas that night, which meant we planned for a whole lot of nothing yesterday. Except that I ended up running all over the place, including Target which was a NIGHTMARE. I am totally over Christmas shopping - if it can't be bought online or in Harvard Square, then it's not happening.

Gorgeous dress!

My weekend was good. I got to spend some time with my mother on Friday while I made my Christmas cookies. Saturday we hung out at home as a family & yesterday we ran some errands & had friends over we hadn't seen in awhile.

& I feel you on feeling like yesterday was Saturday. I was so confused when I got up today =(

Agreed, the dreary Monday is tough. I spent most of the weekend catching up on errands and sleep.

I had big visions of going to the fancy stores for my dress but ended up finding one I liked at David's so called it a day.

Oh, pretty dress! I love weddings! There is definitely a part of me that's sad that I never get to all that party planning again... maybe if I can't find a job I should become a wedding planner?

The weekend was great! H came home from his work trip Sat night, so I spent Sat shopping with a friend. Sunday H and I went shopping (we're so sad, that's our past time!), but it was very successful and I had a bunch of coupons so it worked out great! I actually found a new suit for my interview Wed at Ann Taylor, on clearance + 30% off I got a full AT suit for $95!!! I'm pretty excited about that.

The full interview is Wed and I had another phone interview (same company, different manager who wasn't available for Wed) this morning. It went really well! I'm excited!

Had a preliminary interview with the other company on Thur. It went okay, we'll see if they call me back. My friend who was laid off had one there too and she already got a call back, so I'm not that optimistic. Oh well, I only need one to pan out!

My weekend was good. Baked some cookies, cleaned the house, relaxed a little. I even survived a trip to the mall!

I got my wedding dress at Bella Sera. They were so awesome there. Definitely the friendliest place I went to.

Noodle, sounds like the job hunt is going really well for you. I hope something works out.

I got confirmation on a no go at the other company. I wasn't surprised but I'm still a little bummed.
