Well for the first time in a while I am actually feeling decent....and since I have a normal appetite, I stopped at McDonalds for breakfast Healthy eating fail.
I haven't worked out in weeks and my body feels like mush. I need to get motivated, if I am still feeling ok tonight I will probably try something light like riding the stationary bike.
Honey, a "trick" I play is I tell myself to go to the gym and I only have to stay for 15 minutes. I've almost never left after only 15 minutes, because once I get going I'm usually fine, but it's a mental game I play to get me there in the first place.
I taught my step/weights class last night, and tonight I plan to do a 4.25 mile run. M/S is starting to hit and hit hard, so I need to keep up with the exercise to make up for all the crackers I'm eating so I don't puke!

I finally have something to contribute! Lol!! I ran/jogged about 1 mile last night, it was dark by the time I was out so I checked out a bunch of the neighborhood Xmas lights, it was fun! I am suprised I don't feel like death today, that's the first time I've worked out in 6 months (eek). I'm guessing tomorrow will bring some pain.

mswax, how do you workout so much when you have bad M/S? I would feel like death!
sunflower, I love the idea of going out walking/jogging and looking at the Christmas lights. Might have to do that! My neighborhood is a little weak on the lights though, boo.
I haven't been to the gym in over 2 weeks due to m/s! When my m/s first started, I tried to and would feel awful just walking on a treadmill. So I've stayed away. Maybe I'll go back in the 2nd tri. I was such a big runner before, too, so hopefully I can get back into lightly jogging at least when I start to feel better.

Well, I exercise at night, and the m/s is actually worse in the morning (so far), and I've found that once I get going, exercise actually helps me feel better.
Plus, I have the HUGE incentive of needing to really keep my weight gain in check so I don't end up with another 9lb baby like DS2, who was too big to fit and resulted in an emergency c-section. I'm going to do everything in my power for a successful VBAC.
Unfortunately, I went out for my long run on Sunday, and by the end I was SO hungry that I was feeling pretty sick. I'm going to have to figure out some snacks to bring with me from now on.

I will admit, I have not worked out in a couple of weeks, between the MS, which hits me in the late afternoon/early evening and the extreme exhaustion, I just can't seem to do it. I have a treadmill and recumbant excercise bike, but getting on them is whole other issue
Walked last night, but then had a heathy eating fail when we ordered pizza for dinner
I might try to go for a run this afternoon, but I have a cold so I'm not sure. Often times, running helps me feel better when I have a mild cold. I certainly could use the mood boost/stress relief!
