Didn't get a workout in last night (I wasn't feeling great and used it as an excuse) but I've been eating better and my weight has held steady for several days, which surprises me because I lost about 4.5 pounds from the stomach bug last week and have only gained about 1 back - usually I gain it all back (and then some!)
I keep convincing myself to stay in bed while half-asleep! Like, concocting half reality/half dream reasons on why I need to skip my run and get to work earlier. Does this happen to anyone else? I'm hoping to actually make it to the gym tomorrow morning! Maybe I'll set my alarm extra early so I have more time to tell my half-asleep self to shut the eff up.
I got in 4.25 miles last night, which was much needed b/c I ate SO much food yesterday. Most of it was relatively healthy (if you overlook the Fritos corn chips), but I was sick/hungry all day.
Tonight I have gathering to go to, so no exercise for me. Let's hope I can keep the food in check.
