I'm asking because it's wishful thinking that I ovulated on the left (correct, only one with a tube) side.
For the last few days, since about O, I've had pain on my lower left side, about under my hip bone. Possibly pain due to ovulation cyst or more likely constipation? (haven't been totally regular in that department)

I definitely got pains when ovulating. It is very normal. If the pain persists, it can't hurt to ask a doc. FWIW I had an ovarian cyst when I was in high school, and I wasn't in pain at all. It was huge (grapefruit sized) and we only found it bc they were checking out my gallbladder. So you might not necessarily have pain from it, until it bursts, and THAT you would know for sure!
I wouldn't suspect a cyst unless you have a history of them. If you're going to feel O pain, that spot is the most likely place for it! GL
By cyst I meant the normal one, it's supposedly yellow or something, that releases the hormones. I remember after my tube removal I had a lot of pain around O for a couple of months that my dr attributed to that and still being tender (we did an u/s that showed a cyst in that area). I just don't remember where that pain was and if it was before or after O.

Ahhh gotcha. Then yes, THAT cyst is a likely candidate for your pain/discomfort.
