...how babies are made? I think it's a fitting topic considering where we all are!
My story:
I distinctly remember being 3 years old and in some public place chanting about how "daddy has the sperm and mommy has the egg" because my mom was pg with my sister and she didn't like the lies parents told kids about where/how babies are made, and so she had given me a little bit of truth when she explained I was going to be a big sister.
Now, I had ZERO fucking clue how the egg and sperm got together, or what that even really meant, but I knew babies lived in a "uterus" not a "tummy", and that was kind of it.
Fast forward to a few years down the line when I was like 9 maybe?? and my mom finally told me how the sperm met the egg. (They do sex ed in 5th grade here, so my mom wanted to tell me first) I freaked out! lol I was all, "omg that's disgusting I thought only dogs and cats did it like that!!!"
I had this on my mind today for some reason and thought it was a good topic...so what's your story?
I remember getting told the stork drops babies off on the doorstep when I was really young, but by 5 years of age I was told that daddy gave mommy a present to help her grow a baby in her tummy.
combination of the 5th grade menstruation lecture/video (NOT sex ed, just learning about our periods) and learning about how flowers pollinate. my parents never talked to me about sex except to say "don't do it until you're married."

I was probably around 8 or so and my best friend lived next door. His parents gave him the talk and he ran over to tell me everything. Somehow I missed the whole baby coming out of the vagina part for a long time. My mom only had c-sections so I assumed everyone had c-sections.
