I lost most of my weight in boot camps. They're hard at first, but if you keep going, your body will adjust! Even when they are super hard I "enjoy" them now.

Have fun! I did boot camp for five months and it was awesome. I lost 2% body fat in the first session alone. After boot camp I started CrossFit and I'm stronger and leaner than ever. I was 136 when I started boot camp in late October and I'm now 117. Enjoy it and embrace the pain!
I absolutely love my boot camp. Yes, it is super hard most of the time, but you feel like such a badass when you're done!
Plus, I really think it's helped with my running as well. Since I started bootcamp I've PRd twice in the half marathon distance, despite not running all that much. I attribute some of that to being in better shape overall b/c of bootcamp.
