s/o room parent - Ideas for classroom gifts?

I want to get our kindergarten teacher a class gift. Funds unlimited within reason since we have a class fund from the parents. And I can add to it and am one of the room parents.

I know some parents are getting their own gifts - we got her a Nordstom's gift card and am making her some homemade sugar cubes from the boys.

Any ideas? If you are a teacher, what have you loved?

Most room moms at my school collect money from parents and then buy teachers a big gift card. It could be for one place, like the mall, or a different places like a nice restaurant and movie gift cards. Sometimes they'll make a gift basket if they know about the teacher's hobbies, like a basket of scrapbooking supplies with a gift card to Hobby Lobby. I think it would be hard to choose an actual item unless you know the teacher really well.
