DH has been in his career since 2004, I 're' started my career in 2008 due to changing industries (and am in a lower paying industry) so I don't feel like it's really a bad thing that DH makes almost twice as much as me.
He makes double right now but ask again next month so I can answer that we make about the same. I have a huge account in the process of gathering funds and setting up their account with us right now .
We just started targeting big banks and hedge funds so we will be reversing roles in the next year since my program requires the big capital that most individuals that we were targeting don't have.

I earn 2.5x what dh does.
Dh owns his own business that runs itself so he basically gets to take classes, read, workout or do whatever interests him during the day. He could get an additional job that pays more, but it's not necessary for our reasonably modest lifestyle and I'm glad he's gotten to take a breather for the past year because in the past he's worked as many as 3 jobs at once. He did have a phone interview today, but I doubt he's going to take it.
I earn more and I like that. My H is always trying to catch up and we are super competitive, I was annoyed for the 4 years where I made less. Next promotion for me would bump me way up, though its probably still at least a year away.
I'm not 100% sure what DH makes. I mean per year, I know what he brings home biweekly after deductions. His pay changed twice this year and will be changing again soon (due to working different shifts with shift differentials) so it's hard to calculate what that means for gross.
I think I make about 25% more but it may be a slightly smaller percentage. He also may get a bonus but we're not sure and if so, how much it would be! The difference in our take home is something like $600 a month.

I make at least 20% more, probably a little more because I haven't factored in holiday tips yet (I'm a server and people tip really well around the holidays). He's in the military so once you add in housing allowance and other benefits I think he would come out on top.
