Has anyone had these before? I hurt my left foot running in new shoes (which I have since replaced) and it isn't getting better. It seems to hurt after I run and then for the next day or so. I'm not doing a ton of mileage- maybe 20 miles a week right now. It never gave me any problems before those darn new shoes.
Lurker here, but I had sesamoiditis a couple years ago. My doc advised taking a full week off, then starting back very slowly - a mile on a treadmill or track to feel it out, then going from there. Seemed to work well, but from what I've heard, sesamoiditis can take a bit to heal up depending on the severity.
