Another salon question

You stop by a local salon for a quick eyebrow wax (you may or may not be trying to squeeze it in before a Dr. Appt). Walk-in place nicer than Great Clips but certainly not a fancy place. Kind of place that you speak up before you lay down about what you want the finished product to look like, or they will have it half done before you can get a word out.

Eyebrow wax comes to $12. How much do you tip?

For services that are cheap, I always tip more than 20%.

Thanks for the validation!

SIL came over to sit with DH while I went to my Dr's appt. I had time, so a snuck in an eyebrow wax. The girl who did the wax was obviously expecting more than the $3 tip I gave her. I figured that was fair for the couple of minutes that I was there, but she was obviously displeased.

I hate it when people get upset over the tips.
