Who knows about setting up an LLC for a rental pro

Hrmm these are good questions. I don't know the answers but am intrigued.

Talk to an attorney. I set up mine with my tax guy and my attorney thought that was the worst idea ever. Mine was formed for the house flipping, but since the house I own is in the llc's name, I'm running that income through it. I don't know much more than that. Like I said, mine was to set up my business, so I'm not sure of other advantages.
