The thread about magically hoping for weight loss and the one about not completing tasks, got me thinking that my wish to have efficient work habits and not waste a bunch of time on the internet every day isn't just going to happen one day. I know, what a surprise.
So, I've decided to do a little internet fast away from GBCN, blogs, reading up on random topics, etc. I will still use what I need for work and I will check my personal email once or twice a day.
Effective midnight tonight. If you see me here, tell me to get lost okay?
I'm making my goal January 2nd. I hope I can work on better habits for using my time and then maybe be more mindful about it when I get back online.
