DS has two babysitters. They are sisters. Older sister, aged 20, has babysat for us a lot this year. She was away at college last year but all summer she babysat about 2x/week for me during the day (4-5 each time) and then date nights here and there. She quit school and moved home in Oct and has babysat maybe 15x (?) since then - during the day and evenings. She is going to start going to school locally and has a PT job now but I still will use her as much as possible bc I prefer her and I think DS likes her more just bc he knows her. Younger sister has babysat for us 3x. She'll be who I call first if I need something planned out in advance for at least the next two months bc older sis can't request off for awhile. She will be 14 in Feb so we will hopefully be using her for several more years. They both earn $10/hr. I'd like to give them both a holiday bonus. I feel like older sis deserves more but don't want younger sis to feel jilted.

I think its fair to give different gift. They have given a different amount of service and are different people. I would probably give different types of bonuses to minimize the difference, but if they weren't sisters you wouldn't question treating them differently.
