I no longer have benefits since I'm only working PRN, but when I was still FT I had 21 days of vacation, which initially sounded great, until I learned 7 had to be used for holidays No paid holidays but we can't work on them either so PTO is used automatically. I still get 15% off in the hospital cafeteria/starbucks and gift shop though, woot!
Dh gets about 6 weeks vacation, he had 3 before he hit the 5 year mark. 401K match up to 8% I believe, and we pay nothing for our health/vision/dental plans and the co-pays are low.
