I drink 8oz a day. On days I take a gym class I drink it on the way, on days I run before work I drink it on the way to the office. I used to do about a pot a day and needed to stop (I wasn't sleeping well and had a constantly upset stomach). I started measuring out my servings and cutting it back bit by bit until I got here.

Sadly, I am lucky if I get to enjoy a cup of it these days. It has been making me so sick. I can drink tea, but my beloved coffee has rebelled against me. This child must be an alien.
Before I went and got knocked up, 8 cups a day (and then usually 2-3 sodas). Now I'm drinking one venti half-caff misto from Starbucks a day. The rest is usually caffeine-free. I have the occasional day where I drink more caffeine than that... but the half-caff misto is my normal, every day amount of caffeine.

Normally two 10 oz cups a day. I usually drink two big cups when I wake up and then switch to decaf when I get to work. Now my two morning cups are half-caff.
I used to drink a lot more but cut way back in my first pregnancy and never resumed quite my previous levels afterwards.

I usually have 2 cups before I leave for work, and another 12 oz on the way to work. There's usually coffee here too, so I drink at least one more cup until lunch. I don't usually drink coffee after lunch though. I'm one of those people who will drink it if its there, but if it's not, oh well. I could easily drink a whole pot of coffee by myself on the weekends though.
