Yeesh. I don't have a problem with people posting one of their 2D ultrasounds, but the 3D ones are creepy, and posting a picture of the baby's junk? How about no.
This is SO true. I posted on my BMB during our wave of u/s pics that I believed you if you said it was a boy and didn't need to see his genitals. You would be surprised (or not) at how many people were arguing that it was OK. Mostly because it was 'only a fetus' and 'not a real picture'.
Bitches, I DON'T CARE I STILL DON'T WANNA SEE HIS PEEN!!
It is definitely a fine line between "wow look at the baby" and "thats the inside of your uterus"
Exactly... a coworker asked why I didn't have u/s pics up at my desk. Uh, because it's a picture of the inside of my uterus. People don't expect to see pictures from a colonoscopy.

My coworker and I were talking about this subject yesterday, even before this post. We're both anti-u/s on fb, especially for profile pictures/cover pics (I don't mind as much if they are in an album and untagged). I said the same thing about a colonoscopy or x-ray. I don't want to see the inside of your body at all.
my coworker recently texted me a photo of his wife's ultrasound. I deleted without looking at it. I would have been pissed at my hubby for sending that out (plus I don't like this guy and could really care less LOL).
I totally announced my pregnancy with a pic of my ultrasound on Facebook... but that's it. I wont put them in a frame, I wont make my profile pic that, I wont post every ultrasound pic I get from here on out. Eff that noise.
Honestly, regular ultrasounds and even the 3D ones don't bother me. Yeah, the 3D ones look creepy, but they ALL look creepy and you just kind of expect that.
However, I'm TOTALLY onboard with STFU Parents side-eyeing the whole "Here's the penis!" Especially with the advent of the internet and Facebook. You SO know that person's ultrasound pic is getting tagged to them one day, for a perspective employer to stumble upon. "I haven't even interviewed you yet... but I sure as hell know how big your peen was while in utero. AWESOME!"
