So I managed to lose the pound and a half I recently put on, woohoo!
What will be your biggest health/fitness challenge during the holidays? For me it will probably be avoiding being lazy and bumming around the house. I'm so excited to have time off and to be able to relax, but I also have a lot I need to do. I tend to get really lazy though on days off and need to be motivated instead!

I am sending you motivation once again! Be chill about it, but do something small everyday. Even lifting small weights while you watch TV! It's something. Be gentle, remember you've just been through an emotional roller coaster.
But I agree, a little motivation is in order, and last time it seemed to do the trick! Get movin'!

Hmmm, no offense but Texas wasn't my faaavvvvorite place, though I've only been to Austin. I can schedule quarterly visits???
You got it in you girl. I think you're just, you know pregnant, and tired, and it's the holidays, and again you have just been through a freaking RIDE. I don't know how you kept a lid on your crazy/emotional/fear/etc
But I'm flatterred you'd let this interweb stranger live with you ;D

LOL well Texas isn't my favorite place either I'm not a native.
Yeah I'm trying to not be too hard on myself, I just know I will feel a little better (and it will be good for me!) to get going at least a little bit. I haven't even gone for a lunch time walk in forever, I mean how hard is that? That's really me just being lazy.

Where are you from originally I forget? East Coast??
Yeah the lunch time walks are probably the easiest thing you could do. Besides, everyone needs to step outside of their building once a day at least, for sanity if nothing else.
I know people who have stayed active while pregnant, and besides gaining less unnecessary weight, theres the overall feeling of positivity that exercise brings, which can be really helpful with all the moods and hormones, kwim?
btw you best do the same for me if I EVER get a bfp, because I talk a good game over here, being all not-KU... haha I know I have to exercise for my job, but that won't mean I will be any less lazy I bet!

I fell asleep early (for me) last night after baking for the breakfast potluck at work today and wrapping gifts for my employees, so i was wide awake at 4:30 am :-| I am not a morning person at all, I tried to force myself to go back to sleep until 6:00 when my alarm goes off, but gave up around 5, ate a small piece of banana bread, and hopped on the excercise bike! I feel relieved that I got it done early and out of the way, but now I'm a sleepy at work Def not a morning excerciser!
well, I made H take all the chocolates that people have given us to work to share with everyone there. I'm calling that a win!
No major exercise for me today (it's my rest day), but I'm off work today and moving a lot as I do a bunch of chores around the house/yard (schlepping a 50 pound bag of chicken food from the garage to the porch has GOT to count for something!). I'll do a medium/longish run tomorrow.
