I've heard that it is good to make sure that you are eating donuts/carbs/etc leading up to the test, especially 3 hour, so that it doesn't shock your system.
Then again, GD is something you either have or you don't have, so it isn't like you can trick the test.
That sucks. When i was PG I passed the i hr test, however both times I had IF tx I had to do the 3 hr test. It wasn't as awful as I was expecting. the most recent one I had to do on my birthday. Instead of cake i had that nasty glucose drink. :-( Good luck!!

I got in the 170's on my 1-hour and passed the 3. You very well could still pass. Try not to stress! I have to take it again at 26 weeks and I'll probably fail that 1-hour too (it seems to be how I roll)...
