The hollows under my eyes have been noticeably bad lately. It's mainly genetics, but I need to start on an anti-aging skin care regimen soon anyways. Any recommendations? I'm looking for something that will help lighten the shadows and bring me back from the brink of Crypt Keeper.
Philosophy makes a good one, but I can't think of the name. I ran out of samples and didn't want to pony up the $50. Kiehls also makes a few good ones. I used to use the one in the black pot.
Eta: I'm not seeing the Kiehls one on their site, but I think the philosophy was the miracle worker.

I was told any eye cream is better than no eye cream... So whatever you can afford is ok. I liked Dior for awhile but I keep forgetting it! I do use the Dior serum under my eyes but keep forgetting the cream I used to use but even the serum keeps the area looking good.
I use my regular moisturizer under my eyes. No moisturizer has ever really worked on my dark circles, though the Olay regenerist eye moisturizer has some shimmer in it so it visually brightens the area (if I had extra money, I'd still be using it).
The #1 thing that works for me is a good concealer. I'm using the Tarte maracuja concealer and love it. Covers well, feels moist but doesn't settle into lines, nor does it make the undereye area look crepe-y.
