My diet has gotten worse! I was loosely following a paleo diet - basically meat, chicken, fish, fruits and vegetables. Now, I am eating bread, cereal, milk, cheese, etc.
Every day, I have an apple to help the nausea I sometimes have when I wake up. Breakfast will be either cheerios or 2 scrambled eggs and 2 pieces of bacon (eggs and bacon was always my breakfast pre-pregnancy). Lunch will vary - but I usually eat out but it's frequently a chipotle salad, or chickfila meal. Dinner varies.
Generally I have just been allowing myself more snacks and indulgences, which needs to stop!!

I have been trying to eat more fruit, the nausea made it hard at first, but its easing up. I have been craving carbs like noones business, and gluten which is bad since I'm sensitive to it, but honestly a bloated tummy is better than an empty, nauseated one! Honestly though, at nearly 13 weeks I haven't gained any weight so I figure as long as I take my prenatal and try to eat okay then I'll be fine.
I stopped eating as well as I was before getting pregnant. Mostly bc before, I was working out a lot, and trying to lose weight, and now I just eat what sounds good. It's not terrible, just could be better. I still eat a lot of fruits and veggies, but I also eat a lot of carbs. Bc I LOVE carbs!
I've been eating fruit like its going out of style (esp frozen blueberries and mango chunks) because it all sounds amazing and trying to drink more milk. But making it into chocolate milk instead which probably doesn't help but its so yummy

My diet was always pretty balanced and healthy. I was eating better at first, but the past few days I have been nauseous and have barely any appetite. So I am just eating small portions and mostly carbs. I hope my appetite comes back soon
Honestly, it's about the same as it was before I got pregnant. Protein helps to keep me full - so I've been snacking on more protein-heavy foods than normal (string cheese, almonds, greek yogurt, etc.). Fruit also taste really good right now; I have been eating clementines like they're going out of style!

I could be eating a lot better. I do okay with breakfast and lunch, but dinners are a problem. We're temporarily living in an apartment with a crap kitchen, so I haven't been motivated to cook. We love to grill, but don't have access to a grill right now so we haven't been eating much meat. We've been eating take-out and frozen pizza way too often! Morning sickness compounded the problem because nothing was appetizing to me. I'm finally feeling well enough to plan meals in advance again, so I hope to get back on track. And hopefully we'll be out of this apartment soon!

I eat pretty much the same. I try to eat overnight oats with Greek yogurt and fruit for breakfast, so I get some fiber, protein and sugars in the morning.
The rest of the day, I kind of graze on fruit, goldfish or pretzels and veggies.
Honestly, my diet hasn't changed much. Removed the alcohol completely and a good majority of the caffeine. But everything else pretty much stayed the same. I had the few weeks where I went through the ravenous hunger stage of pregnancy and gave into a lot more after-work runs to BK or McDs than I normally would... but tried not to beat myself up about it (too much). But now I'm back to eating as I always did.

Yep this is pretty much me too! But I am pretty good on weight gain so far and hope to keep that up.

My diet sucked before--I work night shift so I only ate two meals a day (if that) between work and sleeping and the commute. Now I'm making a concentrated effort to eat a five or six small meals a day, and I'm incorporating a lot more fruit and veggies than before.
I eat mostly the same. I actually have to be more careful to eat stuff that won't give me heartburn. So the oranges that H's grandma sent to us from Florida have all gone to him. We're damn sure going to order more after this kid is born! And I really miss pasta sauce!
Other than that and drinking A LOT of whole chocolate milk, nothing has changed.

Generally pretty good. Lots of protein and veg and fruit. This week it's really bad because of being home for Christmas, but hopefully I'll be back on track when I'm back in my regular routine and away from all the Christmas temptations.
Well, I no longer drink water. I drink as much gatorade, juice, ginger ale, various sodas, iced tea as i can get down. I try to eat a can of peaches everyday but some days just can't. I was really into fruit for awhile but now it's milkshakes because it cools the burning in my throat. Other than that, I just try get down and keep down whatever I can.
I used to be pretty healthy. I ran a lot and ate pretty balanced meals. After I was about 6.5 weeks, my nausea and food aversions were in full force and I actually just had my first fruit today since that time. I eat a lot of carbs and take out because it's hard to meal plan and cook when I don't know what will sound good to me. I've only gained about a pound or two so far though, so I guess that's good. I'm hoping the food aversions go away in a couple weeks.
Mine has been terrible the last couple of weeks. First some nausea, then a cold turned to bronchitis, I have pretty much eaten nothing but soup. I actually went and bought some Ensure because I was worried I wasn't getting enough nutrition. I've dropped like 5 lbs in the last week
I'm hoping this week it gets a bit better, I really want to eat veggies.

Absolutely terrible. I am still sick most days and losing weight. I have been eating so much take-out and fast food it's disgusting. But the doctor said to eat whatever I can, so that's what I'm doing for now.
