Some of you may remember that, for LA's 3rd b'day, my dad refinished a stove set that he had made for me many years ago. He even improved upon it by adding a sink and faucet.
Well, he decided that LA needed more counter and storage space for her little kitchen so he made her this adorable hutch for Christmas.
Kiddo's kitchen is looking better than mine!!!
Once her playroom is finished (dad is helping DH put in builtin shelves and a window seat soon), I'll have to AW the cuteness of it all!

Thanks y'all! He really is talented. He made a dresser and armoire for me as a child that LA uses now. Looking around my house, it is amazing to see all the items that we have that he made. Now that he is retired and in "Pop Pop" mode, if I even mention something he practically has it made that day . I think he had forgotten how much he enjoyed building things when he was working and had limited time. He made the new baby a Pottery Barn dollhouse bookshelf that just needs me to pick out the accent color to be finished.
What is so neat to me is that these are items that will last forever so me day my grand babies can have them.
