No, but I would if my brother/SIL asked me to. My brother gave me a $1000 loan 12 years ago when I was starting a new job that only paid once a month. I was single, living in the big city and had no savings to speak of. I paid him back about 20 days after he loaned it to me.
I send $$ to my BFF who lives out of state every once in a while, not that she has ever asked me to, nor would she ever. I'm not talking thousands, but a couple hundred here and there. I know that she and her family are struggling terribly and I am fortunate to be able to help her. So I do.

Yes. But in a much smaller scale than I've done in the past. Nowadays I have other obligations, and a lot less discretionary income. And some of them have gotten a bit reliant/entitled lately. I got heartbroken and disappointed by one or two of them recently, and I just really need a break.
No; they don't need it. But my BIL makes a lot less than DH, so when the four of us go out, we treat a lot more of the time. And if we go in on a gift I'll generally pay a larger share. So I guess I do indirectly but I don't think of it that way.
