Breakfast: whole wheat toast and PB, banana, coffee with h/h Snack: Yogurt Lunch: Chicken noodle soup, raw veggies Snack: Cheese and apple Dinner: Big greek salad and grilled chicken breast Dessert: Strawberries and watermelon Exercise: sadly won't be able to fit anything in today but I had a great 5km run last night. Maybe a walk on my lunch break today.

B: iced coffee, organic cereal in skim milk S: orange L: salad w/ various veggies, croutons, hb egg & low cal dressing, an apple, yogurt S: banana w/ pb D: ? E: either 1 hour elliptical, walk or maybe nothing at all! depends on how I feel when I get home from work.
B: bowl Kashi Blueberry cereal w/ skim milk, coffee and a banana S1: Chobani Champions Verry Berry greek yogurt and a string cheese L: 2 Kashi frozen waffles w/ syrup and serving of peaches, a chocolate pudding cup and an ice tea S2: applesauce D: not sure S3: cereal w/ skim milk

Breakfast: 3 eggs omelet with spinach, zucchini, cashews and tomatoes. Black coffee with heavy whipping cream. Lunch: Paleo tuna salad Snack: GF beef jerky Dinner: chicken in the crockpot, that's as far as I have gotten!
B: coffee with almond milk, small piece of sourdough with jelly, apple L: tomato pepper soup with corn and spinach, tortilla chips S1: cinnamon graham crackers S2: banana with 1 tbs peanut butter, ground flaxseeds E: vinyasa class D: not sure… maybe a bowl of cereal. We're going on vacation Thursday so I didn't buy groceries this week :-)
B: fat free yogurt with plain cheerios and muesli S: special k bar l: turkey pepperoni and fol epi cheese with mustard on whole wheat, leftover cole slaw, and an apple s: 1 white cheddar rice cake, 2 slices of an apple d: courgette and ricotta stuffed ravioli with courgettes, spinach and veggie broth, salad with tomatoes and green olives, hazelnut bread s: fat free chocolate ice cream + 2 strawberries
