I am interviewing for an accounting position in the healthcare field.
For the first interview, I met with the owner/CEO and the CFO. The were both dressed in khakis, casual-ish button downs (one plaid, one company logo) and casual almost hiking type shoes. I wore a suit.
I have a second interview tomorrow with them, plus two other employees. Which would you choose?
As long as the suit was a very basic color (I'm thinking black or navy) and you wear it w a very different top, they'll never notice its the same suit.

It is a light grey skirt and jacket.
I also have matching light grey pants, but they are flats-length and none of my flats are interview appropriate.
Unless one of the male accountants is also a fabulous fasionista, they are not likely to notice that you are wearing the same suit with a different blouse. Good luck with the job.
Dress for Success is a good charity that helps people in distress by providing interview wear such as suits that don't fit.
