I pretty much only run. Obviously I know this isn't ideal. I bought a Groupon for 10yoga classes. I'm hoping it will help loosen me up. Has anyone had success with this combo?

Yes! I used to only do yoga and added in running for cardio- I feel wonderful and the two sports compliment each other much better than people used to think. I hope you love it like I do!
Do it! Yoga compliments running so well. Whenever I do it before a race or my weekend long runs, I feel & see such a difference in my performance. I love it.
yoga is one of the most important exercise.. which is not complete with training classes of yoga.....its good exercise for our brain and other important body part.. my yoga routine is not in sequence...
