I tried searching the website for answers but had trouble. I just started temp charting this month. I'm only on cycle day 10. I'm doing clomid and have an u/s friday where I'll get the injection. But anyways if you look at my chart day 8, 9, and 10 have open cicles. whereas the rest of the days have filled in circles, if that makes sense. What do the open circles mean?
Open Circles and Dots: If something in the data indicates that the temperature may be slightly inaccurate (either by events selected in the Special data area or by a time difference larger than normal), the temperature is plotted using a circle instead of a dot. Please note that these points do not need to be discarded. The circle will just indicate to the reader areas on the chart where the data may be less accurate.
usually I get the open circles for days that I sleep in later than usual. The later I sleep, the higher the temps tend to go. Usually, it isn't enough to completely throw off the chart though.

Sometimes my mobile app won't let me input the temp at the time I take it...so later I put it in when I use ,my IPad, it thinks that I took my temp at that time so it uses an open circle. I go back and Change the Time I actually took my temp...it fills the circle in.
How many cycles have you been on clomid? Just had my injection yesterday...on second round of Femara.
Aww that makes sense. I have off today and tomorrow so those days plus the weekend I havent been taking it at 6 am like usual. I try to still wake up around 7 to take it so it isn't too far thrown off.
This is round 3 of clomid. 1st month got the injection but BFN, 2nd month when I had the u/s I didn't have any good cysts (I have PCOS too) so no injection. Had to take provera to get my period so now on cycle 3. This time I got bumped up to 100 of clomid. Hoping it works! I've been charting to make sure we don't stop trying before I ovulate, just in case I don't O for a couple days after the injection.
