I've been back to work a week now, and have noticed a drop in what I can get over a few days. Today, it took me 30 minutes to get 3.5 oz. I'm drinking mothers mill tea and eating oatmeal, but does anybody have any other suggestions?
These are great suggestions! I didn't realize instant oatmeal wouldn't have the same effects--instant is what work provides, so I thought I was golden. My pump is set to the highest setting and I am trying to nurse frequently in the evenings, but I will try fenugreek, too.
