I made a killer dip this weekend! You take goats cheese and equal parts honey and balsamic (about 2tbsp per 4oz of cheese) and a dallop of (lite) mayo. Mix and serve with apples and bread slices.

I adore goat cheese. It's one of my favorite things. It's especially good with figs. I bet you could add figs to that recipe if you ever wanted to change it up.

mmmm! I actually have a fig infused balsamic vinegar that would probably be a yummy addition too.
