Did everyone get their workouts in over the weekend?
Friday: I did a cyclocross race under the lights in Asheville, NC. It was part of a large sports and music festival and was pretty well attended considering it's 5 months before cross season. I did pretty well and was happy with my race.
Sat.: I did a 75 minute recovery ride on the Swamp Rabbit Trail in Greenville, SC. I also walked around for 3 hours photographing the US Professional Cycling Championships Time Trial.
Sunday: 2 hour easy ride with DH. I was still really tired.
Monday: 6 hours of walking around photographing the US Professional Cycling Road Race Championships.
Friday I taught my spin fit class - 40 minutes on the bike followed by a 15 minute light weight and ab/core workout. Friday night we taught another spin class for an hour.
Saturday: Attempted a hilly 5 mile loop in the mountains at my ILs house. All of the fourth mile is one extremely steep hill after another. The rest is shallower long hills. It kills me every time. One day I will make it without walking!
Sunday: Easy six mile gravel road and turf ride with DH. Part of it was with DS, so we were extra slow then. We raced the last 2.5 miles back (uphill) just for the heck of it. Also did four sets of 10 pushups,, 10 squats, and 10 situps. Starting to work on getting strong.
Monday: Four mile mountain bike ride with DH. We usually go farther than that, but we picked a trail that exceeded our abilities and were wiped by the end.
Saturday: WOD was to move 5,000 pounds from the ground to overhead. You could do high reps, lower weights, or lower reps, higher weights. I did 92 reps of 55# in 15:25. I did the first half as snatches and the second half as clean/split jerks.
Ugh...this was a horrible weekend food/drink/exercise wise. I did manage a strong 10 miler on Saturday & then yesterday, despite a slight hangover, I managed sone core & upper body.
Friday- long run of 13 miles Saturday- 6 miles, strength= chest, triceps, shoulders Sunday- rest (and by rest I mean running around with 3 kids all day!) Monday- 5 miles, strength=legs
Friday- 60 mins on the elliptical Saturday-9 mile long run Sunday-I was hoping to run or at least hit the gym for a bit but I was wiped from doing garden stuff Saturday and Sunday so I lazed around for the evening Yesterday-6 miles of suck, thanks to a late start and the heat. Ugh.

Sat AM - 11 mile long run Sat afternoon & Sunday - planted the garden and did lots of other yard work Monday - had 5 planned but just couldn't get to it so I did it today
Yes! Saturday: 16 mile pace ride, which I kicked ass on Sunday - swam 3000m at practice Monday - did a 600m swim/15 mile bike brick which suuuuuuuuuuuuucked. I started about an hour and half later than I wanted to so it was hot, I was sore, and it was just bad all around. But at least I got out, did it and finished!

Fri - Rest Day Saturday - Lawn Mowing/Weedeating (I have an acre+ that is totally hills to push mow. It takes nearly 2 hours and is a workout if I ever saw one!!) Sunday - Hot, Hilly 4mi (mostly) run Monday - Elliptical for 30min - This was my lazy workout after spending the day in the sun at the lake and having a cookout with the fam.
Fri - 4 mile run on the treadmill Sat/sun/mon - 4 mile runs each day in NYC (various routes through central park and the streets) plus lots of walking.
