Lurker with a tax question

Forgive me in advance. Taxes always confuse me...Will we see the result of the house not voting today and all these expired/new tax things in this weeks pay check already? Or is this something that we wont see to Febuary?

I am so confused....

If it matters we are in a HCOL area, both DH and I make more than $100K annually.

The house voted last night- as long as you fon't make more than 450k the only change you should see is a 2% increase in the Social Security tax.
