I have been a yoga fan for over 10 years probably. I signed up for my first prenatal class tomorrow with a studio I go to regularly but a different instructor. I will speak to her before class of course, but do you have any tips? Do's and don'ts?
You're 7 weeks. You can pretty much continue a regular class up to second tri (I just go easier on twists, and my classes aren't that advanced so no crazy handstands or headstands or anything). In a prenatal class, you won't have to modify at all.
Yeah, I didn't find prenatal yoga necessary till third trimester last time. I did a regular class until then. This time I'm doing a combo yoga/Pilates class (regular) and will start the prenatal yoga around 28-30 weeks.
