I asked if the second delivery attempt would take place and she told me she can't locate which truck my package is actually on. She's going to call back in 10 minutes with answers.
How do they not know what truck your package is on? How will you be able to pick it up tonight, if they don't know where your package is? This is so strange.
My husband is a UPS driver and you will find comfort in the fact that they do not take this kind of stuff lightly with drivers. There are actual protocols specifically for Apple for this very reason. Pharmaseutical items are also watched closely. The driver is also most likely being investigated and followed now. You would be surprised at the level of security in place for your packages. The stories I hear from my hubby are crazy. All it takes is ONE missing package and they are allllll over the driver for MONTHS.
