So, how did everyone do over the holidays?
I actually did pretty well with my eating in the sense that I didn't go completely overboard like I usually do. I'm getting a lot better at stopping eating before I'm full. I only gained one pound which I'm thrilled with, but my body feels like total mush. So my goal now is basically to just get back into working out (even if it's something light like walking) and eating healthy as often as possible.
My weight stayed exactly the same over the holidays, so I consider that a positive (however, it is way up from where it was in January 2012, so I have a lot of work to do). Also, I worked out twice this week so far, and have two more workouts scheduled.
...honestly, the holidays were an epic fail for me. I completely stopped working out, and didn't track any of my calories. Weighed myself yesterday morning, and I'm up about 20 pounds from my lowest weight (I had lost 60, so still down 40 overall) But still, I'm pretty upset with myself that I let myself backslide so much.
Back to it though! I joined the Y yesterday, and tracked all my calories, and I have Zumba tonight. And I am about to have an amazing salad for lunch
The holidays were a pretty big fail for me. I didn't really overeat but I didn't eat smart at all. I ate way too much junk food. And I didn't work out at all. I am taking part in a weight loss/fitness challenge at my gym that starts Saturday. I can't wait to have some motivation and additional support!

I'm sure I'm up a pound or two. I normally run every day and over Christmas week I didn't at all. And I definitely consumed cookies and wine daily. I'm back to my normal habits this week though!
My weight stayed the same. But I haven't run since Thanksgiving due to moving and traveling. But I just signed up for my first Marathon yesterday so I will be starting my training up this week again! I'm also working on getting a bit more in shape in the stomach area. Were going on a cruise in a few weeks and I want to be swimsuit ready!
I ate way too much, but I was very active with some tough hiking and plenty of running. Trying to get the food thing back under control now that I'm home
Eating has been terrible due to m/s. If I don't eat every few hours I get sick. And all I can stomach is various forms of bread and cheese. I now have the diet of my 4-year-old!
I was a total exercise slacker last week too. I only worked out once, but I started the new year off right with a 10k yesterday, and I'm teaching tomorrow night, so that's at least 2 workouts this week...
