Who has an awesome banana bread (sans nuts - I hate them!) that I can make this afternoon? I have some really ripe bananas and don't know what else to do with them.
I reserve 1 tbsp of the flour and mix it with chocolate chips. I add the chips/flour at the end and then pour into the bread pan. The flour helps keep the chips in suspension in the bread.
Sometimes I think my banana bread is really chocolate bread with some banana.
