How many times a day did you pump (both at work and home)? How many ounces a day did you produce? How many ounces should I leave for the care provider when I work 9 to 5?
-I pump 3x at work. I also usually have a morning pump, and if i'm being very good, an evening pump before she goes to bed
-I personally usually get 3-5 ounces per pumping session (usually closer to 3.5-4), but I know I'm on the lower end of that range
-I started off sending 4 3-oz bottles (so 12 oz total). We're now up to 3 5-oz bottles (15 oz total) at 4 months (and they occasionally ask for more, but I haven't given in yet
I pumped 3x per day. I averaged 12-14oz, but had an occasional low or high day. I left 16oz with my DCP (4 4oz bottles) and she almost always had just 12oz. During a growth spurt she might have had more. I nursed her at 5am and again at 3pm when I picked her up. Now she is drink 8-12oz while at daycare (almost 1yo).

I pump in the morning when I wake up, and then twice at work. (so typically 530 am, 10 am and then 230 pm).
I produce about 16 oz a day but I only pump for 10 minutes at a time. If I was diligent about pumping for longer periods I could probably get more.
DS eats a LOT during the day. He was at daycare from 830 to 330 usually and ate about 16 oz during that time, sometimes 20. I sent 5 four oz bottles (after he hit about 4 months. before that I sent 5 3 oz bottles). More often than not one of the bottles comes home with him.
How many times a day did you pump (both at work and home)? I started pumping 3x/ day but after a month I dropped to 2. I pump at 9:30 and 2. How many ounces a day did you produce? Between 10-16 depending on the day but I average about 13 or 14. How many ounces should I leave for the care provider when I work 9 to 5? At first I left 4 3oz bottles until I learned his routine and then sent 3 3oz bottles. Daycare told me he was still hungry so around 4mo I started sending 3 4oz bottles and that's what I currently send. They have a bag of frozen milk incase he is super hungry. But haven't Used it ever.

I pump 3x at work. DD gets it from the tap when I'm home.
16-20 oz. I started out on the lower end, and then started eating oatmeal. My pumping output also increased with grown spurts. Now that DD is on solids, I'm back to the lower end of production, but I plan to stop pumping at work completely in about two months/only pump for comfort.
I started sending 12, then 14 and it was a struggle because I was worried they were overfeeding her. Then I started sending 16 and she usually only eats 14. This has been the same since about 6 months. In the beginning I would try to pump once over the weekend to start the week off with a few extra ounces.
-- I pump 3 times a day at work -- 9am, 1pm, 4pm -- but my company is also being acquired and I have nothing else to do. If we were busier, I'd pump twice a day.
--In those 3 sessions, I pump between 12 and 14 ounces a day
-- I am away from DD from 7:45am - 5:30pm, and I leave her 4 4-oz bottles.....she will only drink the last bottle once a week or so, depending on when she last nursed in the morning.
I also pump in the middle of the night because I like to have an "extra" in the fridge and build stash. So I get about 4 ounces after her 2am feeding.
I pump 3x daily and get 8-11 oz depending on how long I can pump. I try and pump the opposite side in the morning either while I'm nursing or right after.
DD takes 3 3oz bottles right now, but sonetimes I pick her up before the 3rd bottle. I may add 1/2 oz to each soon. I nurse at 7am and somewhere between 4 and 5 depending on her mood.
