Anyone know what causes this?

Is it fluid or changes in pressure or what that causes that sudden, fleeting sensation that something is moving in your ear that makes your whole body shudder?

That weird flicker in your ear? I always think its like an ear twitch inside my ear.

I will get what feels like a twitching ear drum and it irritates the hell out of me. It will happen on and off for minutes at a time.
