The Infertility Cure: The Ancient Chinese Wellness Program for Getting Pregnant and Having Healthy Babies
I know the bible is TCOYF but I was reading some reviews of this book and wondered if anyone has read/tried it. It's a combination of acupuncture/herbs/ and dietary changes. I've been thinking about acupuncture lately, but no clue where to start so this seemed like a good read.

I've been following the diet for the last couple of months and I also started acupuncture in November. The acupuncture has definitely helped with some issues I have had but I am not pg yet.
I really like this book.
ETA - I bought all the herbs that she recommended to me but when I showed them to the acu guy he said the doses were too low to do anything and told me to stop.
Also, the book has a quiz it in to determine your "issue" (chinese medicine". Mine was exactly the same one as the acupuncturist determined so I think it is a pretty good think to start out with. My accupuncturist asked almost the exact same questions as the book does.

For the diet it depends on what the quiz says your type is. Mine says no dairy, no cold foods and lots of pumpkin seeds and nuts.
I found my acupuncturist on my own, recommendation from a friend. Make sure you get one who specializes in fertility. My insurance doesn't cover anything though so it is expensive ($85/session).
I read it. I pretty much diagnosed myself using the book and then started acupuncture and she's treating me
The diet is restrictive, I don't follow it 100%. But I have tried to totally cut out caffeine, alcohol and limited dairy, meat, sugar, etc. There are certain foods you should and should not eat based on your profile.
Acupuncture I believe is useful - though I am not yet pregnant, I was having 2-3 day delayed ovulation due to stress and the first month in acupuncture I started ovulating earlier than ever.
