Thanks for this, it is always nice to find a longer and more advanced free video. I just did this workout - it's pretty good. I noticed the instructor has at least one other 75-minute video on YouTube also.
It's a non-traditional vinyasa flow, so there are plenty of "normal" vinyasa poses (although not in a traditional sun salutation sequence) along with some arm balances like side plank with leg in tree, flying crow and regular crow, reverse tabletop with leg extended, warrior 3 with arms clasped, shoulder stand, plow, some binds, lots of high and low twisting lunges, 3-legged dog transitioning into standing split, a segment of ab workout. Definitely at least an intermediate level practice.
