I just made twice-baked potatoes for the first time. They turned out pretty well and I'd like to freeze some for after LO comes but I don't know how they'd reheat. Anyone have good/bad experiences?

I've never tried it, but I bet that if you'd just clingfoil the heck out of them individually to avoid frost and reheat them by defrosing out of the foil and then heating in the oven, you should be okay. Not 100% sure if that'd work, but that's how I'd do it.
Never freeze raw potato. It turns black and disgusting. aaaaaand that is the sum total of my potato freezing experience.
oh wait! I lie! I freeze cottage pie and that has mashed potato! It reheats really well. I bake it in the oven, not microwave it. Doesn't get dry but it does get a strange powdery feeling on my tongue. I am the only one in my family who notices so it could just be me being weird. So, with that in mind, I would assume twice bake can be baked a third time. I think nuking might fail because of the thickness.
