I'm getting so frustrated with working out.
Every time I get into a rhythm of a work out, some injury sidelines me and it never is due to the actual workout.
This time, I've been going to spin at least 3 times a week at 6am. Friday night, I left work with such excruciating back pain I went to Urgent Care and was laid up on the couch most of the weekend. I have NO idea what happened to my back, but I seriously think I did it by sneezing too hard from this cold I've been fighting off.
I'm sick of it. I just want to work out moderately like everyone else without having to worry. It's not like I'm running a million miles a week or training for an Ironman
