So I just realized even though I have AF my temp hasn't dropped below the coverline yet. Also my period was light, medium, now very light almost non-exhistant. My periods before BC were always pretty long and fairly heavy and on the pill they were always 4-5 days with at least 1 heavy day. WDYT? Has this happened to anyone else?
ETA: I don't think I am KU but I never believed the whole notion you could take the pill and then have an easier period when you were done, so I am sorta shocked this happened to me & hope it continues!
Is this your first month temping? Something to compare it to? If this is your first month off the pill, everything could/will be different (whether its worse/better, shorter/longer, lighter/heavier).
I'm not as good as interpreting charts as some other ladies on the board, but I think it can take a few days into your cycle to drop under the coverline completely for some women. However, I AM one of those women that has a lighter/easier period off the pill! I've been off since October 2010 and typically have 2-3 day periods. It's magical.
My period is much heavier off BCP (wish I could get back on just to get rid of those awful crams and all the blood. However, usually my temp doesn't drop below the cover line until CD3 or 4. It usually does come down a bit starting at 12DPO, but all the way down to my preO-temps isn't until well past CD1.
Everyone is different though, and as soon as you have a couple of cycles temping under your belt, you knwo what's normal for you. (I guess that's why TCOYF recommends charting ALWAYS, also when you're TTA/not trying anything.
