I need ideas on what to bring to a baby shower. I've deliberately tried to avoid all that I've been invited to, for obvious reasons. However, my sister's pregnant this time and I'm not going to give a rain check to her.

So, ideas on food to bring? TIA!

If its inbetween meals, snacks..chips..fingerfoods, etc.

The first thing that came to mind is cupcakes. Or maybe a fruit and vegetable platter?

Fruit skewers. I saw a really cute arrangements in pinterest. I particularly liked the red grapes stuck on skewers and then put in a glass vase. They kind of looked like glass beads. Very pretty and excellent finger food.

Texas Caviar, it's a great bean/tomato/onion/pepper dip that requires no baking, and it's really tasty and filling.

And congrats on becoming an aunt! Good luck at the shower!!
