Can anyone direct me on where to find out on what rights public schools have in policing students' activities off school grounds or after the school day. It can be what they are allowed or not allowed to do. I google and it comes up with tons of schools policies on electronic devices and such. But I need help on knowing what the standard and limitations are. I am in Maryland if that helps. Thank you sooooo much.
