We pay $110 2700 sf 2.5 baths, 4 beds, 1 office, and finished basement.

Suburb of Chicago....Lady + 2 helpers (sometimes just the lady).

Based on the quotes I have been getting in my mcol area I say it is good. Though I haven't run across anyone who doesn't bring their own supplies.

That seems good for our area. I pay $85 for 1800 sq. ft. every other week, which I hear is a good price.

I think that is good. I pay $160/mo for about the same square footage, but only 3 BRs and 2 baths. The upstairs is just a gameroom with no bathroom.

We pay $80.00 biweekly. Our house is 1,600sq 2 full baths & 3 bedrooms with hardwood throughout. I think the deal we're getting is great. Hard wood floors are a bitch and she does an amazing job. Not that this matters at all, but her name is Flor. I always thought that was flippen hilarious.
