Ham, green beans and potatoes Spaghetti Chicken pot pie - I'm in PA so we make the PA Dutch soup, not the actual pie. I'll never understand why these two dishes have the same name.
I usually make enough ham and green beans and chicken pot pie to feed an army, so with the spaghetti, that'll likely be enough for us for the week.
We had butternut squash and goat cheese lasagna last night. It was guuuuud.
You have not started WWIII in regards to your niece, have you?
Would you share your lasagna recipe? I have a squash sitting around and I'm like enough already with the soup.
No WWIII for now, a trilateral accord has broken out for now between my brother, mother, and me, but further progress on the peace process may require commitments from a fourth ally (SIL). We shall see.

Really, its nothing special. Just my regular crock pot chilli recipe (super easy). Then I serve the polish sausages on the side. I like to cut mine up and mix them in with my chilli, H likes to make "chilli dogs". DS just likes to make a mess and won't eat anything that resembles a hot dog (this doesn't make me sad at all), so he just has chilli & cheese. Oh yes, and cornbread. You can't have homemade chilli without cornbread.
Mmmm, tater tot casserole and country gravy! I wanna eat at starrie's house this week!
Yeah, it's cold and rainy this week, and my menu was created while sitting on the couch freezing with my down throw blanket. Lots of comfort food this week.
