He was doing training with a client yesterday and noticed they had golf holes in the floor in the conference room. Then he walked around the office a bit and noticed them in several corners of the lobby and in some other offices and areas. He asked and was told "yeah, the bosses are golf nuts so they have these."
He's doing a build-out for a new office space. He told me yesterday they're only about 1/3 of the way through the framing. I told him he really should talk to the designers about adding a few golf holes for "work breaks."
Yeah, it won't fly with the management committee back east, I guess. I think he should try to sneak it through. "Yeah, you were saying you wanted the Seattle office to be a leader, right? This will get them talking and wanting to see what's up." lol.
I now have the image of a bunch of men in suits slinking around to Mission Impossible music on their lunch breaks playing golf into these mysterious holes around offices and such.
