Where can I buy "summer" clothes now?

We are going on a CME cruise in March and I'm in need of a few warm weather dresses. Any ideas where I could find these this time of year? Preferably someplace that offers small/petite sizes....Thanks!

Pretty much anywhere they sell women's clothing. It's "resort wear" time of year. Even Target (at least mine) had a decent selection of vacation attire. Macy's, Dillards, Belk, etc, all of the major department stores should definitely have stuff available, and for the MM, you might want to check the "clearance" section of your favorite online retailer for steals on last summer's leftovers.

Most department stores will have all kinds of resort wear out right now. Like PP said, even Target has all their bikinis front and center.

I must just have bad taste...I can't seem to find anything I like that fits the bill...I just want some casual easy to pack/wear dresses. Any specific suggestions?

There should be tons of stuff arriving in stores and online in the next month or so. If you're not going until March, I would wait until the selection is better.

Lily--I'm not terribly fashionable--I always choose comfort and color (I love bright colors) over trendiness--I love comfy pack-n-go summer dresses. The company Fresh Produce is one of my favorites, most of their items are made in the USA and their clearance/sale area is great. Google them if you are interested--HTHs!

Loft looks like they have some cute stuff, although I would wait for a coupon/sale.

Everyone has a lot of their stuff out now. I bought a couple dresses at ON and a couple at target so far (we're going to MX so I'm in the same boat).

I also usually look at consignment and higher end resale shops for summer stuff during the winter if you are not opposed to used clothing.

The spring stuff should be coming out in late January early February. At least that's how it is where I shop.
