Quiche or frittata Fruit Bacon or sausage Croissants
I've seen some yogurt bars (set up with granola, nuts, and berries for toppings) that looked cute, but unless you have a lot of vegetarians probably not necessary.
Personally I love eggs benedict for brunch, but I don't think its realistic to make it for a shower. I would probably make a french toast casserole and then something savory like a quiche or a sausage & egg casserole. I would do a mix of sweet and savory items.
I love the idea of yogurt with granola & berries, too!
I have had so many french toast casseroles that come out soggy and gross at these things. If you've never done it before, make sure to do a practice run.
Lox and Bagels with all the trimmings, Mini Quiches or Puff Pastry Bites, Fruit Salad, Mimosas or Bellinis.
Yes... all of this plus anything from the Tartine cookbook (something slightly sweet). There's a really great brioche bread pudding that's easy to make and gets rave reviews.
Quiche Stratas Scones, muffins, and croissants (basically, a breads basket. Quick breads are good, too.) Fresh fruit or parfaits Bloody marys and mimosas
Croissants. I'm trying to think of things that would be finger foods, or at least easy to grab individual servings of...
Bagel bar with a variety of bagels and lots of fun toppings - smoked salmon, variety of cream cheese, capers, jams and jellies. Yogurt bar with little pre-scooped dishes of vanilla yogurt with mix-ins like fruit compotes, almonds and granola. I think mini quiches would be nice. What about like a French toast bite and a sausage bite skewered together, then served in a shot glass type container with a dash of maple syrup? Of course mimosas. My favorite brunch place has a Bloody Mary bar - they serve you the drink, then they have oodles of stuff to skewer, like olives, pickles, yummy salamis, peppers, celery stalks, etc. and then a variety of hot sauces to taste. I could see that being pretty messy. Fresh fruit platters, maybe a veggie and dip tray?

You sound fun.
Seriously. I want to come to a rosetyler party.
smittenkitchen.com has a recipe for homemade pop tarts. That would be my addition to this spread.
