My CF box does the zone diet and I'm very surprised how much food I'm suppose to eat. I eat 10 blocks a day and I'm always surprised how much food my meal/snack is after I put it together. Maybe I wasn't eating enough before and that's why my weight has not changed much in the last few months.

Do you weigh your protein? I was AMAZED at how much I was eating at first, but it was because I was eating way too much meat.
Carb blocks are tricky! You definitely do have to eat a ton of veggies, you get used to it pretty quick though! I recommend cooking a lot of stuff in advance. Like on Sundays I go to the store, get all of my food for the week, cook all of my meat, weigh and divide it into different containers, so it's always there, measured out. I also chop up a bunch of veggies so I can just throw them in a pan when I want to cook something. It saves me a TON of time during the week!

yes I have been and I cooked a few chicken breast so I go just grab them too. In the morning I've been eating eggs or cottage cheese so that's pretty easy. They gave me a little cheat sheet so I'm having fun coming up with meals.
