We saw it a few weeks ago. I liked it a lot, but I thought it dragged a bit in the middle. My husband loved it, though. (I had really high expectations going in based on all the buzz, but he had none. He's way than I am about not believing the hype machines.)

I would still definitely recommend it. I liked it better than Lincoln, DDL aside. And we try to see most of the nominees as well, but I have no interest in a few of them. I think we're going to go see Zero Dark Thirty when I'm off next week, and I will probably try to see Amour and maybe Beasts of the Southern Wild. But I don't really want to see Les Miserables, or Life of Pi. (I tried to read that book a few years ago, and I just couldn't.) H went to see Django yesterday and loved it, so I'll probably watch it on dvd when it comes out. (We already saw Argo and Lincoln.)
Its on my list to see. We saw Argo a few weeks ago and it was the first movie we have seen in a theater in 2 years... I dont think we've even rented anything in the last 9-12 months! So I'm with ya, behind on movies too!
Cute pic, hkw! Argo is next on our list (hopefully within the week). We live within walking distance of an awesome theatre that is a) cheap and b) has beer on tap so we go to the movies a lot
Tony was just telling me that Argo is still playing there! I hope I get to see it before it's gone.
I want to see it now, but we'll probably wait until it is on DVD. I don't really enjoy movie theaters anymore. I'm spoiled by sprawling out on our couch. I also can't wait to see Argo.
